The Absinthe Cocktail
2 0z absinthe (make sure the absinthe has already been louched!)
3 – 4 0z pretentious cream soda (like Jones)
ice
2 re-hydrated papayas
To re-hydrate dry papayas boil a water-absinthe mixture (1 part water to 2 parts absinthe), turn off heat, place dry papayas in mixture, cover and let steep for 20 minutes
