Have been spending HOURs with my new partner David Ballew of Ballews Basement Brew coming up with philosophy, mission statement, marketing plan, core values and philanthropic goals. Its so funny because right now there is only 4 fucking people that work for the “company”. Its crazy to think what would happen if we grew and became successful and I guess that’s why its so important to build the foundation. Our business plan is literally going to be over 100 pages. Hopefully pages equal success!
